Lendlease Building has a unique opportunity available for a Document Controller/Quality Support Assistant to join our high performing project team delivering Lendlease’s own One Sydney Harbour, Barangaroo South development, reshaping Sydney’s CBD skyline.

**The Project**

One Sydney Harbour is the much-anticipated final piece in Lendlease’s existing award-winning waterfront residential, commercial, restaurant and retail precinct Barangaroo South. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano, One Sydney Harbour consists of three luxurious residential towers, the first of which will be 247m in height, which will be the tallest residential building in Sydney, the second tower 207m & third 104m in height.

**The Role**:
As Document Controller you will be based on-site at One Sydney Harbour project, primarily supporting the construction team with the management and quality review of all project documentation and implementation of software systems including Aconex. This will involve general administration, quality assurance tasks and the management of the Red Stick drawing process and procedures.

As a well-versed user of the Aconex system, you will provide mentoring and assistance to project staff on the system including adding of new users, training, generation of workflows, supplier docs, and transmitting of documents.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a Document Control position preferably within the building or infrastructure industry
- Familiarity with large project-based systems/ large volumes of project related documentation
- Proactive, self-starter with advanced skills in Aconex, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with a range of key stakeholders
- You will have strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
