**About the role**

Balmain Care For Kids' is seeking passionate an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic and dedicated team (Certificate 3, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Education). As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children through high-quality early childhood education and care. This is a full-time opportunity based in our Balmain, NSW location.

**What you'll be doing**
- Delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children
- Collaborating with the team to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child
- Effectively communicating with families and building strong partnerships to support children's learning and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities and continuous quality improvement processes

**What we're looking for**
- A Certificate 3, Diploma or Bachelor qualified educator in Early Childhood Education
- Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) working as an Educator in a long day care or outside school hours care setting
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour
