**The full-time role**:
As an **Assistant Manager** at **Snooze Moore Park,** you will be a motivated individual who is sales-driven, goal-orientated and able to develop your team.

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working harmoniously leading a small team, supervising and coaching team members
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
- Delivering an **awesome customer experience**

Sales experience is essential along with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest It’s also helpful if you have a natural interest in creating beautiful bedrooms for our customers.

**You will have**:

- Some experience in managing a small team
- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred but not essential
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
- Adept computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
- The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
