Spanning across three suburbs, from the Inner to the eastern regions of Melbourne, Danny’s IGA supermarkets cater to Melbournians from all walks of life. We take great pride in providing our community with their everyday essentials and meeting their needs on a daily basis. This is the very reason we continue to expand our team, to create a bigger and better Danny’s IGA family.
We are looking for a highly motivated full time store Manager for our new store in KEW. Prior supermarket and retail industry experience is mandatory to this role.

**Role** **Description**
Passion for store presentation, working in and developing a strong team as well as providing customers with an exceptional store experience.
- Regular Communication with Store Director/Other Managers on organisational changes, issues and improvements
- Ensure Store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
- Undertake leadership duties including team and roster management

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Albert Park, VIC 3206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
