**About the role**:

- Join Ventia as our Digital Services Coordinator. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and will act as an integral team member of our digital IT Services and technology team.- You will support the Head of Digital Partners and Alliances with reporting, coordinating, planning and analysis to assist in driving initiatives with technology Partners.- You will also be responsible for identifying events and speaking opportunities to uplift Ventia' brand and profile across the Digital Services landscape.- You will be an effective communicator with a passion for technology able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders including our various technology partners and suppliers.- This is a full-time permanent role based from our beautiful North Sydney Corporate Head Office with hybrid working splitting your time in the office and work from home.- A fantastic opportunity for a confident IT or Marketing professional to grow their career.**What you’ll be doing**:

- Digital Services Partnering and governance. Planning and coordination of meetings and minute taking for internal and external stakeholders.
- Events: Compile and maintain event schedule for the coming year for Digital Services attendance and speaking opportunities managing requirement and liaising with event organisers.
- Awards and Ceremonies: Review and recommend relevant industry award entries, gathering input and feedback from stakeholders that will enhance Ventia's recognition and brand across the digital landscape.
- Driving Brand Awareness: Develop and plan fresh content working with our marketing and web teams to deliver on Digital Services messaging in the marketplace.

**About you**:

- Relevant degree qualification in IT, Marketing or business discipline.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to present and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and passion for new technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
