**Dynamics CE Pre-Sales Architect**

**_Role:_**
As a Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Architect, you will lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions at Eighty20 Solutions/ NCS Australia. In this key role, you will champion both technical and functional excellence across the Microsoft platform, driving innovation and maintaining a hands-on approach to solution development. Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, you will play a pivotal role in presales activities, methodology diagnostics, and high-level solution architecture.
**_Responsibilities:_**
- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and functional aspects.
- Drive the adoption of new features and technology, staying current with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform stack.
- Lead technical forums to share knowledge and influence the use of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Mentor and coach team members, reducing skills gaps and identifying skilling opportunities.
- Contribute to proposal development, business development, and industry-specific Solution Offerings.
- Mitigate business/project risks, ensure timely completion of internal processes, and represent Eighty20 Solutions professionally.
**_Qualifications and Skills:_**
- Minimum 8-10+ years of proven experience in large-scale Dynamics CE (CRM) solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, with relevant Architect level certifications.
- Strong implementation experience with Power Platform, including Architect level certification.
- Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle, Azure Platform, and Integration Services.
- Experience with Cloud Storage Services, Azure SQL, Blob storage, and offshore development teams.
- Knowledge of other Marketing products (e.g., Click Dimension, Adobe Marketing Cloud) is desirable.
