Role Description

As a 
Dynamics Solution Architect
, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering enterprise-grade digital transformation solutions using 
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
, 
Power Platform
, and 
Azure
. This role blends 
technical leadership
, 
strategic advisory
, and 
hands-on architecture
, guiding clients through their transformation journeys across industries and geographies.

You will also lead the enablement of 
Microsoft Copilot
 within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, crafting intelligent solutions that integrate 
AI-driven insights
, 
workflow automation
, and 
modern cloud services
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture across the full lifecycle—from discovery and design to delivery and adoption.
  • Lead workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations
  • Architect scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure Integration Services.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics CE solutions, including gap analysis and customisations
  • Define and maintain architecture blueprints and integration strategies using Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus)
  • Design and implement solutions that leverage 
    Microsoft Copilot AI
     to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Oversee delivery teams to ensure alignment with architectural best practices, governance, and quality standards.  Guide development teams on SDLC and ALM practices, including release pipelines and technical governance
  • Mentor colleagues and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in project governance, risk management, and delivery assurance.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with Microsoft enterprise technologies.
  • Proven track record delivering Dynamics 365 CE projects in a consulting environment.
  • Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure services.
  • Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure-based custom integrations.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Microsoft certifications such as 
    PL-600
    , 
    MB-600
    , or equivalent are highly valued.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
