Hardys Tintara Winery is one of the oldest wineries in McLaren Vale with a rich history of producing some of the most iconic wines in Australia. Focusing on high quality winemaking, Tintara produces wines for some of Australia’s leading wine brands including Hardys, Tintara and Reynella. The winery features a combination of cutting edge and old world technology and processes fruit for the production of red, white and sparkling wines.

We're currently looking to fill multiple Vintage Cellar Hands roles on a seasonal casual basis, to commence around early February 2025.

**Key responsibilities**:
Our Vintage Cellar Hands operate a variety of plant and machinery to begin the winemaking process, some of the tasks you may be involved in include;
- Undertake vintage cellar operations, including grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice/wine transfers
- Record data on log sheets and cellar notes
- Maintain general winery cleanliness and hygiene.

**What you'll bring**:
Essential;
- Full working rights - visa holders included
- Good communication
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work rotating shift work (possible weekends also)
- Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces

Desirable;
- Previous wine industry experience
- Forklift Licence
- Confined space ticket

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, which includes drug and alcohol testing.
