**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling patient enquiries, bookings, and rescheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Handling cash and electronic payments for consultations and treatments
- Providing general administrative support to the medical team as required
- Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhering to all relevant medical and privacy regulations

**What we are looking for**
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using **Practsoft and Medical Director**:

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to medical regulations
