We are looking for a **Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic marketing team at our Head Office in **Fortitude Valley**. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity and marketing expertise to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a **full-time** position for a** 12-month** duration from **June 2025**, with the possibility to extend.

**Role Overview**

As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence through engaging and innovative digital and local area marketing campaigns. You'll support your assigned hotels, creating campaigns that connect with customers and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Campaign Management**: Design and execute innovative online and local advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- ** Collaborative Planning**: Work closely with venue managers to brainstorm and implement promotional activities tailored to each hotel.
- ** Guest Experience Enhancement**: Support projects that elevate guest and customer experiences, from brand initiatives to new technology rollouts.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Assist in the development of annual marketing plans to drive growth across all venues.
- ** Team Management**: Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and venue-specific promotions.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industries.
- ** Education**: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, or a similar field are preferred.
- ** Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of digital marketing
- ** Passion for Hospitality**: A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
