A newly created role, we're looking for an experience HR/P&C Consultant looking for an opportunity to help establish the HR foundations of our business. Reporting to the Head of Talent and working closely with our executive team, this is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to play a pivotal role in the establishment of our HR foundations while also contributing to initiatives that see us foster a high-performance values focused organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes including contracts, induction, and exit interviews liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintaining employee records and HRIS, providing reporting on data as required
- First point of contact for any HR queries or concerns
- Conduct, assist and coach disciplinary, performance management and termination processes and procedures.
- Updating HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Build management capability and assist in the development of future talent pipeline aligned to future business strategy
- Organising employee training and development opportunities
- Supporting the establishment of wellbeing and culture initiatives to support the retention and development of our team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing HR advice and assistance across the full employment lifecycle, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Well organised and disciplined, accomplished at getting things done
- Commercially focused with a genuine passion for building great businesses
- Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-growing business is a plus

**Benefits**
- $85,000-$110,000 salary +super _(depending on relevant experience)_
