**The Role**

Your primary responsibility is to handle the accuracy of the Accounts Payable process of the company's corporate accounts. If you enjoy a busy fast-paced position and contributing to a high caliber team, this is the role for you. Enjoy a wealth of variety as you match and batch code, uploading Purchase Orders, resolve Accounts Payable issues, create strong supplier relationships, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to General Ledger, and bank processing.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- 1+ years' experience in Accounts Payable role or processing.
- Experience with accounting systems and Excel.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.

**About You**

You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You have a flexible outlook and can identify opportunity for improvement to processes and procedures. You have strong communication, customer service and social skills, especially with contacts from both technical and financial backgrounds. You have the initiative and creative flair to offer innovative solutions to improve the Accounts Payable function.
