System Analyst

**The role**:
Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assist users in a professional manner following agreed procedures for further help or escalation
- Perform routine systems health checks to ensure operations of systems
- Investigate problems in systems, processes and services i.e. missing payloads, incorrect data, services not running, system outages
- Log issues, perform config fixes and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Create, review and update current or new processes in knowledgebase
- Create relevant testing documentation for system releases and perform / coordinate testing tasks with relevant teams i.e. UAT, PVT, regression testing
- Preparation of change documentation, submitting change and attend CAB
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders i.e. BTS (Pega, Boomi), Iota, Business users

**Who are you?**:

- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Xray
- Nice to have experience using Boomi, Pega
- Able to work with sense of urgency, meet tight deadlines, adjust priorities and deal with day-to-day technical issues
- Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex system issues
- Ability to contribute and document issues, task and relevant support documents
- Experience in creating UAT testing documentation and execution of testing
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
