We, Sure People Solutions are a leading tailored recruitment services firm. This client is premium international homewareS, and furnishings company. We seek on their behalf experienced **Customer Service Support Administrators**, who can also assist with **Warehouse Administration duties.**

**About the position**. Based at their new purpose-built office & DC in Welshpool, Perth.

We seek on our client’s behalf, personable, dedicated people, who enjoy providing exceptional customer service while maintaining internal Warehouse data systems.

**Successful applicants will have.**

- Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service
- Ability to converse with people and quickly build a rapport
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Positive mindset and a 'can-do attitude
- Able to commit to hours on offer and commitment to the role
- Proactive approach, positive and friendly attitude

**The criteria for this role are**:

- Previous experiences in the same or similar position.
- Strong, written, and verbal communication
- Able to work independently
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong administration skills with good data entry skills
- Team player in a small environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Time management, work prioritisation in responding to changing work obligations
- To grow and learn within the company. E.g. Learn new computer-based programs, CRMS, Accounts
- Must be able to, and willing to walk long distances within warehouses (from time to time)
- Attention to detail counting stock and checking for discrepancies
- A forklift ticket is not a must (but well received)

**Please note**: This is primarily a Monday - Friday position minimum of 30 hours a week, with additional weekend hours required as part of your roster at least 1 weekend per month to cover annual leave requirements.
