Salisbury, Australia WPC Group - Apprentices & Trainees Full time

Joining Australia's leading semi-trailer manufacturer, you will learn to inspect, service and repair heavy vehicle trailers. With a vision of increasing profitability and productivity of the transport industry, this family-owned business invests in their apprentices and technicians by providing industry-leading equipment and training - leading to the production of innovative and versatile trailers. This role is based in Salisbury.

**This role is open to 2nd-4th Year Heavy Vehicle or Commercial Trailer Apprentices.**

**About the Apprenticeship**:

- Full-time apprenticeship - working towards a Cert III in Heavy Commercial Trailer Technology
- Monday-Friday role, working 38 hours p/week
- Receive quality training from TAFE Queensland
- Learn to diagnose, repair and service trailers used on heavy vehicles
- Assist technicians working with tautliners, tippers, flat tops & floats
- Service and repair suspensions, brakes, bearings, air hoses and electrical systems
- Maintain clean, tidy & safe working areas
- Ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship from your WPC Group Mentor

**About You**:

- Current or Out of Trade Apprentice
- Passionate about a career in automotive & mechanics
- Committed to an apprenticeship, including studies at TAFE
- Strong communication skills
- Hold a current and valid drivers licence
