We are currently hiring a Garden Maintenance Team Member to assist with various tasks related to maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you have a passion for working with plants, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with maintenance tasks such as mowing, whipper snipping, blowing, weeding and spraying.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
