Based in Salisbury, this 4 year apprenticeship will set you up for a career working in Security Systems, working with our host business whose culture is one of hard-work, pride, and a commitment to protecting people and businesses.

**The apprenticeship will involve**:

- Installation of wired and wireless security systems
- Pre-commissioning set up wired and wireless systems
- Work on both industrial and commercial premises
- Routing cables through roof services and support structures
- Diagnosing faults and testing systems equipment.

**What will you bring to the role?**

Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for:

- IT Knowledge
- Passion for customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Enjoy manual work
- Eye for detail, able to work neatly, accurately & to deadlines
- White card
- Driver’s licence and own transport
- Ability to think logically and process diagnostic ability
- Work between 6:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Two work or school related references
- Successful applicants will be required to pass an aptitude test, and a pre
- employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.

**Community Solutions **is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
