Property Officer/Property Management Assistant

Location: Level 1/5 George St, North Strathfield NSW 2137

BLE Real Estate Pty Ltd is a dynamic new startup in the property industry, committed to delivering hands-on, personalised service across a growing portfolio of long term as well as short term (Airbnb) residential, commercial, and student accommodation properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of a small property portfolio (residential and commercial)
- Coordinate leasing activities, inspections, and tenancy management
- Handle Airbnb listing management, including guest communications and check-in/check-out process.
- Oversee boarding house operations, primarily student accommodations
- Liaise with approved tradespeople for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct rental reviews and manage arrears
- Perform general administrative tasks related to property management

**Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential)
- Can do attitude and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and reliable attitude
- Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to grow with the company and take initiative
