**The Client**
Our Client is a department of the Government of Australia charged with the responsibility to defend Australia and its national interests

**The Role**
Our Client is seeking a full-time Learning and Development (L&D) Implementation and Administration Officer to perform the following duties:

- Training delivery administration
- Conduct pre-delivery administration, including booking of equipment/venues, ICT support, distribution of course materials.
- Administer nominations, paneling, changes + other facilitation requirements.
- Conduct post-delivery administration and course reviews.
- International training management
- Conduct course administration in support of FMS training requirements
- Add / remove approved courses as required
- Coordinate travel + administration for course attendees
- Manage the training budget to achieve required training outcomes
- Training calendar of events
- Establish + manage a calendar of training events for personnel
- Capture domestic and international training opportunities
- Training materials
- Develop course materials as required
- Generate + distribute advertising/promotional material as required
- Incorporate feedback + course reviews to promote continuous improvement

**About You**
- The ability and track record to perform the above role responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to complete the services successfully + effectively engage with Defence stakeholders including ADF, APS, and other contractors
