**About the Company**
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the Government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to commence a temporary contract.

**About the Role**
In the role of Project Support Officer (Delivery Support) you will provide high level administrative project support services to project team members to ensure the efficient administration of the project, and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Manage project activities to support the Delivery Support team, including industry briefings, risk workshops, training activities and project openings.
- Undertake high level data analysis and project performance reporting to provide the Delivery Support team with relevant and accurate information.
- Distribute, as requested, project correspondence, documents, drawings, and so on to relevant parties.
- Ensure all project support activities, including establishment, maintenance, review and close-off, are undertaken in line with relevant guidelines, policies and protocols.
- Assists the Delivery Support team with procurement, HR and finance activities
- Undertaking any other duties relevant to the competency level of the position as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to draft briefs, procedural maps, procedures and guidelines
- Experience working on infrastructure projects is desirable but essential
- High level of written and oral communication skills

**Mandatory requirements****:

- Current holder of Class C driver’s licence
- A clean Criminal History Check
