**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide high level expert contractual and commercial advice to the Director of Corporate Services STARS and undertake relevant operational management for the successful delivery of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract.

About you

Demonstrate high level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively interact individually and in groups with internal and external clients.
Foster and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders with a material interest in the successful delivery of the PPP contractual arrangement to ensure they key objectives are achieved.
Establish and operate the administrative procedures required to support a complex service-related contract between a public body and commercial providers.
Oversee and monitor the Shared Use Document under the Oral Health Alliance to ensure the Oral Health Centre is managed and maintained in accordance with the agreement.
Maintain robust processes between contracting parties for the efficient handling of contract-related materials, documents, including monitoring, key performance, auditing and abatement to ensure that obligations are met under the contract.
