We Currently have an opportunity for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in Toowoomba.

Working within a collaborative team focused environment you will be responsible for supporting our people working in the field.

**DUTIES**
- Maintaining rosters for all FIFO/DIDO field workers, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Crew logistics - via commercial flights as well Ventia private planes along with all accommodation needs of crew members
- Coordinating with Aviation team for flights requirements
- Reporting for Operations for monthly / Quarterly client meetings
- Maintaining Employee data base
- Providing human resource support including, terminations, processing leave forms, promotions
- Workcover assisting HSE in managing Workcover requirements when arise
- Full time role with shared on-call component

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability and good work ethic.
- The ability to multi-task.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
