Our client is highly regarded, large enterprise Higher Education organisation, conveniently located in the CBD.

**About the Role**

The Program Change Manager (with the support of a Change Communications Lead), will be responsible for developing, delivering and leading the Change Management effort for an ERP migration program. This includes:

- Providing strategic advice
- Managing relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- Leading strategy workshops with leadership teams
- Managing a Program Reference Group
- Mobilising RFT readiness activities
- Participating in program governance forums
- Facilitating workshops and structured stakeholder interviews
- Identifying and mitigating change-related risks and issues
- Supporting inter-dependency identification and management
- Leading L&D activities
- Developing a program change management plan

**Requirements**:

- Experience leading large, complex enterprise-wide transformations across multiple years, locations, and divisions
- Formal qualification in Organisational Change Management strategy development and experience with significant cultural change
- Experience delivering multiple ERP transformations in Finance and/or People domains is highly desirable
- Previous experience in the University or public sector
- Experience in workforce planning and transition, including industrial relations context
- Exposure to operating model design and implementation, including organisational design, business process redesign, and business and technology architecture definition
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience developing formal stakeholder engagement plans
- Ability to quickly understand complex stakeholder groups and work collaboratively to find solutions
- Strong influencing and rapport-building skills
- Proven ability to be a trusted advisor and coach for executive leaders
- Proven ability to deliver both tactical and strategic change
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and governance
- Exposure to Agile delivery methods and techniques, including daily stand-ups, prototyping, sprints, and retrospectives
