**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Capability Facilitator to join our Leadership Capability team. As a specialist in developing and delivering leadership programs you will work with high potential and front-line leaders to support their growth and development. The role will also work closely with the Principal and key stakeholders to establish and embed leadership development activities, frameworks and programs.
- Uses knowledge of adult learning principles to design leadership programs for supervisors, superintendents, high potentials and middle managers.
- Facilitates interactive face to face leadership programs for a diverse range of leaders
- Conducts leadership assessments and mentoring as required
- Designs and implements a leadership capability framework in conjunction with People Managers
- Works collaboratively with MinRes Coaches and OD Manager for leadership development activities and programs
- Creates an inspiring team environment with open communication culture

**Your Experience & Skills**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, organisational development or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
- Certificate IV in TAE highly regarded
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Mining or Oil and Gas industry is highly regarded
- Knowledge of evidenced-based leadership theories and industry leading best practices
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
