**Your Opportunity**

Our People Operations Team is the engine room of P&I, providing first line of support to our people at KPMG. You will lead a fast paced and high-volume environment that is responsible for processing people related administration tasks.
- Lead the People Direct team of up to 10 Coordinators with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring our early careers people to achieve their best
- Oversee the firms’ high volume HR employee support function via Service Now, adhering to SLA’s and daily KPI’s
- Excellent at building relationships with other areas of the business. This role will be first level escalation for Talent Attraction, Emerging Talent, HR Business Partners and other internal shared services teams.
- SME for all policy, system & compliance related queries
- Support the communication of changes to key processes across P&I including documentation, system changes and team training
- Lead cyclical HR support processes as well as other internal projects
- Role model for the firm’s values

- Tech Savvy with experience with SAP (on prem) and Service Now
- Previous experience working in a high-volume admin centre, leading and/or supporting a team
- An affinity for numbers, able to support monthly payroll activities
- Experience leading small, and supporting large scale projects
- Exceptional communication, leadership & conflict resolution skills
