**Test Manager - IAM**

**What you'll be doing**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Telco, specifically in Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cyber domains. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in alignment with our business goals and industry standards.

**Who you'll be working with: -**
You will be an experienced Test Manager looking for a contract role with the one of the nations leading internet providers in a hands on, highly dynamic environment, working and influencing the engagement, productivity outcomes, of thousands of frontline employees within the organizations.

**Your Duties**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for Telco projects with a focus on Security IAM or Cyber domains.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to timelines.
- Execute and oversee test activities, including test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
- Review and analyze test results, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

**Your Skills**:

- 3+ years experience as a Test Manager
- 3+ years IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Experience working in Cyber Security, is preferable
- Experience with CyberArk
