**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer Trainee to join the team at Gemini Collision Repairs Ballarat.

This is a 12-month traineeship opportunity to complete and achieve a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120). You will be working Monday to Friday on-site at 27 Ring Rd, Alfredton VIC 3350. TAFE training will be delivered online and you will receive onsite visits from a trainer - approximately 3 hours every week during work hours.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
