**Your new opportunity**

As a member of our Enterprise division, the Mulesoft Capability Lead will play a crucial role by working closely with our Integration Capability Lead to lead and advance our MuleSoft Capability. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead, establish and champion standards and best practices within the MuleSoft capability area, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through initiatives to enhance the maturity of MuleSoft capability areas, and identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains.
- Design robust governance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote the excellence of the MuleSoft capability both internally and externally. This includes organising meetups, fostering relationships with MuleSoft sales and presales teams, and representing the company as a thought leader in the MuleSoft space.
- Spearhead the delivery of key client engagements and leverage our MuleSoft expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by setting examples and providing expert guidance to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- Lead overall architecture planning and ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Define and enforce efficient ways of working, maintaining adherence to standards and guidelines to streamline project delivery.
