The role in a nutshell
Support broad service operations of your own POSHC service and assist with leading a team of quality educators in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children.
While leadership experience is not required, applicants must be highly invested in developing within the POSHC industry.
What to expect
Contribute to designing and delivering creative and engaging programs
Manage paperwork, support escalations and team mentoring
