**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Advisor. In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping customers choose the perfect flowers for any occasion, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Your duties will include assisting customers both in-store and over the phone, managing orders, and contributing to the overall presentation and success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their floral needs, providing expert advice and suggestions

Handle customer orders, both in person and via phone, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Maintain the appearance and organization of the store, including floral displays

Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch customer service

Manage inventory and restocking of products as needed

Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner

Who We’re Looking For:
**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work full-time, including weekends as required

Basic knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements is a plus

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred

A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
