As a Plant Operator,
**your duties** will include, but are not limited to:

- Support spray seal operations by working as part of the CRB Team
- Maintain the plant and complete daily inspections
- Participate in toolbox meetings, Job Safety Analysis, and other responsibilities as directed
- Ensure the CRB plant is operated in accordance with company procedures and products are manufactured to specification
- Ensure that all employees and contractors within the position’s area of control comply with all legislative obligations, company policies, codes, standards, and procedures.

To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following
**attributes**:

- Results-driven, reliable, with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong time management skills and
- Great communication skills, both verbally and in written formats
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Ability to lift 20kgs on a regular basis
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Willing to travel to locations primarily within the state of Western Australia and often remote locations (3:1 roster max)

The role will also require
**previous experience **in the following:

- A minimum of 1 Year of bitumen/asphalt experience

- Telescopic Handler Ticket
