**THE COMPANY**
We are a gold explorer and producer that is uniquely positioned to further unlock the potential of our 1200km2 land holding in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Our operations at Davyhurst is located 120 km north-west of Kalgoorlie. We have a total mineral resource inventory of 2.00 Moz at an average grade of 2.5 g/t Au, and defined mineral reserves of 276koz at 1.9 g/t Au. Our tenements are also highly prospective for Nickel, Copper and Lithium.

**THE ROLE**
Applications are sought for Senior Process Plant Operators with Gold room experience. You will be employed across all stages of the gold processing circuit including the gold room and be engaged on an 8:6 (days) and 7:7 (nights) roster.

The Process plant circuit comprises three stage crushing; ball mill; CIL; and gravity concentration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard of safety in accordance with Company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor, control and operate processing circuits of the processing plant including multi-stage crushing circuits, grinding, CIL, gravity and electro-winning circuits, gold room, tails storage facility, and water systems
- General housekeeping duties to ensure that the process plant and work area is maintained to a high standard
- Carry out data collection and maintain accurate data entry logs
- Establish effective working relationships with metallurgy and maintenance personnel to achieve high plant reliability and production targets
- Conduct workplace inspections
- Actively participate in health, safety and operational initiatives.
- Other duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the processing plant.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be considered for the role, you will have the following attributes, qualifications, skills and experience:

- Previous gold process plant operator experience (4 years plus)
- Be a team player with a positive attitude to work and life
- Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions
- Have good communication skills
- Have basic computer literacy skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management skills including the ability to multi-task
- Current driver’s license
- Gold room experience _desirable_
- Pronto experience_ desirable_

Senior operators will be highly regarded with the following additional experience and tickets;
- Experience and competency in all stages of the process plant circuit
- Industry tickets, including confined space and working at height.
- Forklift Ticket
- Front End Loader ticket
- Able to raise work orders with Pronto software
- High level computer skills required if designated in a control room operator role
- Safety System data input InControl (INX)
