We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-time Supply and Distribution Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Position Overview

As the Supply and Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain, with a particular focus on importing German/Bavarian bier (beer) and food products. This role is crucial in maintaining the high quality and authenticity of our offerings while optimizing costs and efficiency across international logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies, including international sourcing and importing from Germany
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing waste
- Negotiate contracts with German suppliers to secure authentic, high-quality products at competitive prices
- Coordinate with international vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of imported goods
- Navigate customs regulations and ensure compliance with all import/export laws and regulations
- Monitor market trends and product quality to maintain the authenticity of our German offerings
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement in the international supply chain
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards for imported products
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to forecast demand and adjust international orders accordingly
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes for both local and imported goods

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years handling international imports, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of international trade practices, customs regulations, and import procedures
- Experience with logistics and freight forwarding, particularly for perishable goods
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and practices
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, including experience working with international suppliers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; German language skills are desirable
- In-depth knowledge of German cuisine, beverages, and food standards
- Understanding of cold chain management for food and beverage products
