At Tennis Queensland we are passionate about what we do and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow our game from grassroots through to Grand Slams. To help us deliver on these ambitions we are looking for a talented administration professional to join our team in the role of QTC Tennis Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

About the role

The QTC Tennis Administrator will be responsible for all general administration at the Queensland Tennis Centre whilst delivering excellent customer service to their clientele. Reporting directly to the QTC Tennis Manager, the role will handle bookings, invoicing and accounts payable and receivable, as well as all tennis programs including coaching and fixtures. The role will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the QTC Tennis website is regularly updated with information and contacts, as well as updating policies and procedures in conjunction with the QTC Tennis Manager, as required.
- Overview all administration for the tennis business via its tennis management program including enrolments and class scheduling
- End of day processes are completed correctly; Banking reconciliations and procurement requirements are fully complete in line with finance and delegation requirements
- Prepare and manage Centre invoicing and customer direct debits
- Assist customers with any enquiries relating to classes, accounts or retail
- Liaise with manager and TQ legal/marketing teams to create comms for members

About you
- Strong administration skills and experience
- High level IT competency, including sound understanding and proficiency using the full Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in hospitality and/or retail
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with conflicting tasks
- Experience in the use of Point of Sale and cash handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisational skills with attention to detail
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
