**Key accountabilities**
- Findur System administration and BAU support.
- Assist with Findur maintenance releases, version upgrades and custom code releases if required.
- Deliver and support Microsoft Azure cloud services. Ensure these services are aligned to QTC governance and best practices.
- Deliver and support Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 services. Ensure these services are aligned to QTC governance and best practices.
- Create and maintain process and procedural documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed.
- Ensure key architectural artefacts such as built documentation is delivered to a high standard and maintained for all initiatives.
- Contribute to QTCs Change Management and other operational forums as required.

**Key responsibilities**
- User and profile management, reference data management, DMS administration and workflow administration within Findur.
- Findur instrument configuration under 4-eye supervision as per QTCs trading policies and as documented in the teams’ procedures manual.
- Backup for Findur health monitoring.
- Technical Support for all Findur integrations including: Yieldbroker, Markitwire, Bloomberg (Vcon and pricing), 360T, Swift, CBA, Citi futures and PC Span.
- Maintenance of Findur non production environments.
- Ensure QTCs change management procedures are followed for all systems
- Assist internal stakeholders to develop requirements in the delivery of Microsoft hosted solutions.
- Assist the business with queries related to Microsoft Azure, M365 and D365
- Produce reports as required for Application Governance and other QTC processes.
- Work with internal and external auditors to provide evidence as requested.
- Participate in testing including out of hours testing if required.
- Participate in service delivery meetings including regular operational meetings, change management and problem management meetings.
- Manage a backlog of support requests.

**Required qualifications**

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant equivalent contribution and understanding.

**Required experience**
- A background in Financial Systems support and/or Microsoft Azure Services.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud services.
- Track record in working towards business focused outcomes.
- Agile Development Tools experience such as Microsoft Azure DevOps desirable.
- Microsoft certifications desirable. Assistance will be provided to gain certifications.
