**Your Role**:
**As the Principal Advisor you will**:
- Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives
- Provide high level governance and strategic resource management advice to senior officers to enable the progression and achievement of business operations
**Responsibilities include**:
- Contribute to the design of an organisation-wide workforce planning framework
- Facilitate the development of strategic and operational workforce plans by providing expert advice on the tools, process and methodology
- Share expertise in building capability of others in strategic and operational workforce planning processes
- Provide high level impartial advice, strategic insights and consultancy services to clients and stakeholders
**About You**:
- Demonstrated recent experience in strategic workforce planning in a diverse organisation
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and making informed decisions
- Proven system experience and proficiency in Excel and Power BI in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to achieve tangible outcomes
