About the Role
- A new opportunity in the Sales Growth & Transformation unit for a senior sales professional
- An operational and strategic role
The Go to Market & Delivery Lead will be accountable for the co-ordination and development of an integrated plan across Customer Markets which has been purposed with achieving the business objectives for services growth.
You will work across various business areas within Customer Markets to identify and document how each initiative will contribute to the integrated plan. Leveraging your commercial experience and knowledge of delivery you will ensure the plan achieves an ROI that is aligned to our commercial hurdle rate.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the delivery of energy and telco initiatives across a dynamic business environment
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product and Pricing to capture core success metrics for each initiative within the integrated plan
- Develop reporting to capture core success metrics for each initiative, comparing forecast vs actual
- Implement an integrated plan that exceeds business growth objectives yet optimise investment
- Build the integrated plan into a repeatable technology environment that supports the tracking and reporting of initiatives as they move from shaping, development then launch
- Proactively manage pipeline short falls by anticipating risks to the integrated
- Ensure performance reporting is developed for all in market activity, and ensure actual vs planned performance is made available to support oversight of the plan
- Create highly engaged, focused and collaborative cross functional go to market delivery teams (indirect team
About You
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualification in a related marketing or business discipline
- Extensive experience in project management/ product development/ sales and marketing
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies relating to initiative development across Marketing, Operations and Product and Pricing
- Experience in leading all aspects of Go to Market and Delivery functions; shaping, development and implementation
- Experience with general business management, and understanding of business drivers
