Due to internal career progression, we are on the lookout for a positive and proactive customer service team member who will work with us to keep a portfolio of customers up to date on the progress of their new home build.

**About the opportunity**

The Customer Service Administrator reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Customer Service team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to ensure all clients are kept up to date, facilitate client settlement meeting and liaise with Site Supervisors. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Be responsible for working with and meeting with your allocated customers through their home building journey.
- Be the critical conduit between the client and the business, providing all customers with an unbeatable customer service experience including dispute resolution and negotiation skills.
- Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing quick solutions to any problems which may arise.
- Successfully manage multiple clients from Authority to Commence Construction (ACC) through to handover.
- Ensure all information is collated for other Arden Homes’ departments so that they can complete their works accurately, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate.
- Help to ensure that the administrative tasks meet each critical deadline to keep the clients’ administrative process on track within the specified timeframe.

You will share a passion for our purpose to build beautiful homes for our customers and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
- Previous experience is a customer service and support role
- The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising effectively
- Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry (building your own home or property management) with exposure to building plans and contracts
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Scoresby, VIC 3179: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
