Are you currently studying in a Property Development related field and are eager to learn and grow your skills?

We are a small development/construction team based on the Gold Coast with several projects ranging from townhouses to subdivisions in North Brisbane to Tweed Heads South. Currently looking for an intern to assist a couple of days per week which can work around your ever changing study schedule. Based in Bundall, you will work alongside our Project Coordinator and participate in a range of activities including but not limited to;
- obtain tenders and quotes for civil and building works
- preparation of contractor contracts and agreements
- collation and distribution of information for sales agents and marketing groups
- document management for certification process
- attend meetings with Council, consultants and key stakeholders
- site visits
- body corporate establishment
- titling and settlement process
- social media and program management
- and much more.

**Job Types**: Internship, Graduate

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
