As the **Manager - Human Resources**, you will be at the forefront of driving our HR vision and strategy. Your expertise in human resource management will help us attract, engage, and retain top talent while also ensuring that we comply with the latest employment laws and best practices. Your focus will be on supporting employees throughout their journey with Hands on People Pty Ltd, from onboarding new hires to guiding their professional development. By ensuring that every team member is set up for success, you will play a crucial role in creating a work environment where everyone can reach their full potential.
