- Clinical Pharmacist - Hospital
- As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering pharmacy services that make a real difference to patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct clinical reviews and medication reconciliation
- Dispense and supply medications in accordance with legal and professional standards
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimise patient care
- Support patients during discharge planning
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

**What You’ll Need**:

- Current **AHPRA registration** as a pharmacist
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional and respectful approach to working in secure environments
- COVID-19 vaccination in line with public health requirements
- Hospital Pharmacy Technician - Rotational
- As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in both **dispensing medications** and **managing pharmacy stock** across hospital wards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense medications in accordance with compnay protocols
- Inventory management for both pharmacy and hospital stock
- Communicate effectively with nurses and hospital staff
- Support the dispensary team and contribute to efficient medication supply
