**The Opportunity**

Mamas Dining Group is seeking a creative and dynamic **Multimedia Designer** to join our team. As a fast-growing hospitality group with a portfolio of six exciting restaurant brands, we pride ourselves on delivering unique dining experiences - and we want to elevate our digital presence to match.

In this role, you will have full creative responsibility for our entire restaurant group, managing the production of multimedia content to drive engagement, promote our venues, and communicate our unique brand story. You will play a pivotal role in developing our online and printed content, ensuring all our digital collateral is up-to-date, consistent, and visually engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain the websites for all restaurant brands, ensuring current promotions, activities, menus, and events are accurately reflected.
- Manage and update the group’s central website to ensure it highlights the entire portfolio of venues and activities.
- Create and print weekly menus across the portfolio of brands, ensuring they are visually appealing, consistent with the brand’s tone, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the marketing, events, and operations teams to tailor content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia design, digital content creation, and online marketing strategies to ensure innovation and quality.
- Manage multiple projects and work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and support the evolving needs of the business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar creative role, ideally within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of web content management systems, video editing, animation, and graphic design.
- Experience with web design, social media content creation, and digital marketing.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to manage the entire design process from concept to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
