**Position overview**:
**Key responsibilities**:
1. Create high-quality digital and print materials, including flyers, brochures, product sheets, billboards, and social media graphics.

3. Develop animations, motion graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns and internal communications.

4. Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

5. Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

6. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s visual content fresh and innovative.

9. Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software.

10. Demonstrate expertise in creating responsive web designs and optimizing content for various devices and platforms.

**Skills required**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of one (1) year proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design, animation, video editing, and web design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and concepts clearly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
