As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a **Multimedia Designer** to join our creative team and contribute to exciting projects across various industries.

**Position Details**
- **Full-time role** based in Melbourne
- Working on **a variety of projects across digital, video, and interactive media**:

- **Salary range**: $70,000 - $80,000 + superannuation (based on skills and experience)

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role, you must have:
**Education & Qualifications**
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in **Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation**, or a related field.

**Creative & Technical Skills**
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in **motion graphics, animation (2D/3D), and video editing**.
- Strong ability to **develop and execute creative design concepts** based on client needs.
- Familiarity with **UI/UX design principles** and interactive digital content creation.
- Understanding of **web-based multimedia, branding, and visual storytelling**.

**Work Experience**
- **Minimum of 2 years of professional experience** in **multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field**.
- Experience working in the **commercial, government, or education sector** is highly regarded.
- Ability to manage **multiple projects and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.

**Communication & Project Management**
- **Consult with clients and stakeholders** to define project objectives and creative direction.
- Develop **design proposals, storyboards, and prototypes** for review and approval.
- **Liaise with internal teams and external vendors** to ensure high-quality production.
- Maintain **documentation, specifications, and archives** for future use.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Concept Development & Design**
- Work closely with **clients and internal teams** to understand project goals and creative requirements.
- **Create and refine design concepts** for digital, video, and interactive media projects.
- Develop **visual branding elements**, including graphics, layouts, and animations.

**Multimedia Production**
- Produce **high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content**.
- Prepare **illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials** for various platforms.
- Ensure **consistency in branding and messaging** across different media.

**UI/UX & Digital Design**
- Design **interactive media, user interfaces, and digital presentations**.
- Optimise multimedia content for **various platforms, devices, and accessibility standards**.
- Work with developers to ensure **seamless integration of multimedia elements**.

**Project Implementation & Review**
- Oversee **production and quality control** of multimedia assets.
- Conduct **testing and refinements** to ensure usability and effectiveness.
- Archive completed projects for **future reference and client use**.
