We are currently seeking an experienced QLD Conveyancer to join this leading company. Working with a supportive manager in a great environment you will be passionate about the service you provide to clients.

Working from their offices in Goodna you be customer focused handling files from A to Z.

You will be expected to have online meetings or in-person meetings with referral partners, regular phone contact and communication with clients and no stone is unturned with the customer service quality.

**The Role**:

- Managing conveyancing files from A to Z
- Preparing and drafting contracts
- Processing contracts to settlement, proficient with PEXA
- Conducting searches and enquires
- Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and other stakeholders

**About You**:

- You are careful and thorough** **with their work, and care about the law and keeping across things as they change
- Have QLD Conveyancing experience
- Customer Focused caring about the service you provide
- Able to work with mínimal Supervision
- genuinely loves working with people and working as part of a team towards everyone’s success
