Action Smart Group has established a reputation among insurers and industry as a national market leader, with multiple entities offering automotive and caravan and RV repair.

Playing a critical role in recruitment and contractor management, you will support over 120 permanent employees and engage a workforce of approximately 300 more during season. It is crucial you have had experience in high volume, fast paced, end-to-end recruitment for this reason.

The role is multifaceted incorporating Human Resources administration, recruitment, training administration and adhoc projects and reporting.

As a group role supporting multiple entities, you will report to and be mentored by the Human Resources Officer.

**The Role**
- Develop professional and creative advertisements and job vacancy marketing campaigns
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment, engagement, onboarding and inductions of employees and contractors
- Establish strong sourcing strategies, talent pooling and social networking recruitment tools
- Coordinate training for employees as required
- Organise short course external training
- Maintain current training, licenses and certifications of team

**Requirements**:

- Ideally experience in fast paced role, preferably with a recruitment background
- Excellent written communication skills, capability to market vacancies and employer brand
- High attention to detail
- Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
- Can-do, positive attitude with willingness to learn on the job and take direction

**On Offer**
- Permanent full time position
- Monday to Friday
- Yatala Head Office close to the M1 close to Brisbane and the Gold Coast
