Multimedia Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects to reach targets, staying on schedule and on budget.
- Understand and maintain the branding identity strategy for programs.
- Create multimedia content for a variety of media platforms.
- Perform usability testing and quality assurance of all the elements used across websites.
- Provide initial conception (prototypes, storyboarding, etc.) and estimates for website development.
- Develop layout and concept designs for approvals.
- Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of projects, including developing strategies, planning, content, production level and platforms, turnaround time, corrections, approvals and project estimates.
- Leverage analytics to determine the effectiveness of activities and make continual improvements.
- Optimize functions and processes based on seed users' feedback.
- Maintain a media database across construction and design media.
- Remain abreast of changing technologies, software, standards, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum five years of post qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical ability, with proven graphic design, typography and multimedia development skills.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, planning abilities, and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and optimized content writing best practices.
- Understanding of Asian online payment solutions like Alipay, WeChat Pay etc. is strongly preferred
- Understanding of User Behaviors of Asian market especially Chinese market is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with current digital best practices and be able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to facilitate diverse, inclusive and culturally sensitive working and learning environments to serve global audiences.

**Salary**: Up to $75,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Masters Degree (preferred)
