About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs- Monitor and support children's holistic development- Build strong, respectful partnerships with families- Ensure compliance with early childhood regulations and standards

Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)- Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)- First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training)

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Deep understanding of developmental milestones- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to design and evaluate play-based learning experiences- Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic childcare settings

Desirable:
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)- Understanding of Quality Standards and Assessment processes- Appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion- Confidence using digital tools to document learning- Prior experience in roles such as Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant
