**In-Store Visual Merchandiser Macpac**:
The Adventure is calling

A brand new role as our In House VM at Macpac Kent Street store. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer journey & seamless store navigation.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the key responsibilities will include:

- Working in a fast-paced environment to produce VM solutions for our store of the highest standard
- Training and developing our team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded)
- Working with the Store Manager and VM leaders in our business to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are met
- Working as part of a team to ensure our customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety being at the forefront of everything we do

**About you**
- You have strong experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store environment
- You have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team
- Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to work with stakeholders at all levels
- You are a team player, who has an eye for detail with a creative flair
