**About Us**:
Easychef is an established and growing food exporter that partners with supermarkets in Asia to quickly and efficiently procure and export iconic and on trend Australian products.

**Role**:

- Providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process
- Assist in implementing social media communication
- If you are passionate about the customer first ethos, are a foodie with skills in social media then we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers resolve sales-related issues in a friendly quick and easy manner
- Follow customer engagement plan and develop customer category reviews
- Manage the end to end sales process thru Nutshell CRM from new product pitches to first order
- Implement and evaluate instore promotions
- Update our social media accounts and pass supplier feeds into our retailers marketing departments

**A successful applicant will possess**:

- A passion for food (foodie)
- Minimum three years’ experience in customer service in retail or FMCG
- Sales cycle experience preferably in CRM Nutshell
- Knowledge around Australian food brands
- Computer skills in MS office and digital and social media
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Keen, capable, multi-tasker with a can-do friendly attitude.

**Application process**:
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
